ESS offers a team of over 200 dedicated team members across Australia, which are highly skilled and qualified. Our team members have the key requirements to ensure a client’s service needs are not compromised. Our skilled teams are supported by Senior Managers, Area Managers, Site Supervisors and Client Service Managers who are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and service standards are maintained.
All staff are fully trained in the required responsibilities and duties for their role with supervisors chosen for specific skills in leadership and development. All Area Managers have worked in a range of industry positions, some with very senior management expertise from the banking sector, building sector, transport, public welfare and similar and have been chosen based on their ability to work with people, guide them effectively in service delivery and assist in training and instructions to ensure client requirements are met.
Each staff member brings quality in communication and management skills and the ability to ensure their team deliver assignment duties in a timely and effective manner.
Structure
